Gannon Dunkerly & Co. Ltd is based out of Nasim Manzil in the Lal Bagh area of Patna. If you know Bihar, you know Patna can be a pretty crowded and lively city. Our spot here in Lal Bagh is where all the coordination happens. It is an old-school kind of setup in Nasim Manzil. We don't have a bunch of fancy modern gadgets cluttering up the place, just the essentials for running our operations. The office has a certain feel to it, like a place where real work has been happening for years. We spend our days talking to crews, checking on deliveries, and making sure the paperwork doesn't get too messy. Being in Lal Bagh means we are right in the thick of things. You can hear the city sounds through the windows all day long. We don't really do the corporate thing with slogans or mission statements. We are just people who know how to build things and manage projects. We have a small team here, and most of us have been together for a long time. We trust each other and we know the local area very well. If you come by Nasim Manzil, you might find us busy with a map or a set of technical drawings. It is a simple life but it keeps us on our toes. We are proud to be working out of Patna and being part of the landscape here in Bihar.
