We have been operating out of Plot No. N-21 for quite some time now. If you know Santha Bazar, you know how it gets during the festive season. It’s crowded and loud, and Marothiya Bazar is right there, making everything even busier. We mostly sell everyday things people need for their homes. My father started this, and now we just keep it going. The shop isn't very big, and the shelves are a bit old, but we know where everything is. People come in asking for all sorts of things, and usually, we have them tucked away somewhere. The morning starts with sweeping the front and getting the stock ready. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. We just open the shutters at the same time every day and wait for the regulars to show up. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the whole lane, and the neighbors get a bit annoyed, but that’s just life in the bazar. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. It’s just a place to buy your goods and have a quick chat about the weather or the local news. We try to keep things simple and honest. If we don’t have something, we tell you straight. That’s just how we’ve always done it here in this part of town. The dust from the street gets in every day, so we are always cleaning something or other. It is just work.
