Core Techies India Private Limited is located right in the Rani Bazar area of Bikaner. If you know where Lucky Model School is, we are just opposite that in a building called Ramdev Vilas. It's an industrial area, so there is always some noise or trucks moving outside during the day. We have been working out of this spot for a bit now. It's not a corporate skyscraper or anything fancy, just a solid building where we get things done. Being in Bikaner, you get used to the dust and the heat, so our office is where we stay out of the sun and focus on our technical work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive lobby furniture or big signs. The desks are usually covered in notes and there are cables everywhere because that’s just how we work. Some of the guys have been here since we first started, and we just have a good rhythm now. We handle various tech projects throughout the week. Sometimes it gets a little bit stressful when deadlines show up at the last minute, but usually, it's just a steady pace. Lunch breaks involve finding something quick to eat nearby or someone bringing a tiffin from home. We talk about regular stuff like cricket or the weather, not just work. It feels more like a small group of people trying to do the job in our own hometown. People around here know us by name. It's just a regular workplace where we put in the hours.
