CBY Dairy Private Limited is a local business run by Mahesh Kumar Chura and his family. We are located at Kikani Vyaso ka chowk in Bikaner. If you’ve ever been to Bikaner, you know how these old chowks are—narrow streets, lots of people, and a real sense of history. Our dairy is right in the middle of all that. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. We work in the same area where we grew up. The business is all about milk and dairy products, so our days start very early, way before the sun is up. It’s a noisy, busy place in the mornings with the cans clinking and people coming in to get their daily supply. It’s not a polished, high-tech factory. It’s a more traditional setup where things are done by hand or with simple machines. We know almost everyone in the neighborhood. The address is basically our home and our work combined. It gets very hot in Bikaner, so we have to be careful with the storage and timing. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy logo on everything. We just rely on the fact that people know Mahesh and the family name. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. If you come by the chowk and ask for us, anyone can point you to the right door. It’s just how things are done here in the old city part of Bikaner.
