Bikaner Developers LLP is located at Harakhmani 7 in Mahablipuram. We are situated on Nokha Road, which is right along National Highway 89 in the Gangashahar area of Bikaner. The highway is always busy, so there’s a lot of dust and the constant sound of trucks going by. Our office is a simple place where we manage our land development work. Bikaner is a very hot and dry place, so we spend a lot of time trying to stay cool while we go over the site plans. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or marketing brochures. We just talk to people plainly about the land and the projects we are working on. Most of our time is spent out on the dusty roads of Nokha Road, checking on the boundaries and making sure everything is in order. It is a lot of practical work and we don’t see the point in making it sound like something it isn’t. We’ve been part of the Gangashahar community for quite some time now. Dealing with the sand and the wind is just a regular part of the day for us. We keep our records in order and try to stay on top of the local regulations. It is a straightforward business and we just take things one day at a time without making any big fuss.
