We have been running Raj Minerals for quite some time now at our spot in G-215 Bichhwal Industrial Area. Being located right near the Super Truck Market means there is always a lot of movement and noise around us. You can hear the heavy engines and the horns all day long. We mostly deal with the processing of different minerals that come in from the nearby mines. It is a very dusty job, and there is really no point trying to stay clean when you are working in the yard. Our team is quite small, just a few local guys who know the work inside out. We do not have a big fancy office with air conditioning or glass walls. We mostly sit in the yard or the small shed we have built. We spend our days checking the quality of the stones and making sure the grinding machines are working the way they should. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it ourselves. It is just the way things go in this line of work. We are not looking to become a giant corporation; we just want to do our job and go home. We know most of the truck drivers who pass through the market regularly. They often stop by for a quick chat or a cup of water. The industrial area has become our second home over the years. We have seen it change, but our work remains pretty much the same. Just honest labor and dealing with minerals. We do not bother with fancy brochures or ads. People know we are here.
