Beacon Career

Beacon Career is located in Bikaner, specifically in the Vaidh Magharam Colony. We are right behind the Shubham Nursing Home, which is near the Jassusar Gate. Being behind a nursing home means it’s relatively quiet on our street, which is good for staying focused. Bikaner can be very dusty and hot, so we spend most of our time inside with the coolers running. The office is just a couple of rooms with some tables and chairs. We have a lot of books and files stacked up in the corners. It’s not a very modern setup, but it’s where we do our work. There’s a small gate out front that we have to lock every evening. We usually see the same neighbors every day when we arrive. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have a lot of paperwork to sort through. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day to keep ourselves going. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to get around to it. It’s an honest place to work. We don’t have any big signs or bright lights. Most people who come here already know where we are. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay on top of our daily tasks in this corner of Rajasthan. It’s a steady life and we’re used to the rhythm of the colony.
