Ajay Sethia’s place is located in Bikaner, right in the heart of Jain Market. The pin code here is 334001, in case you’re looking at a map. Jain Market is one of those places that stays crowded from morning until late at night. There are so many shops and people moving around that it can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it. My space is right in the middle of all that action. It’s not a very large office, but it’s enough for what I need to do. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture has seen better days, but it’s comfortable enough for me. I spend a lot of time here dealing with whatever needs my attention. Being in Bikaner, we deal with the desert heat quite often, so the cooler is always running during the summer months. You can hear the sounds of the market all day long—people bargaining, scooters honking, and the general hum of a busy trading area. It’s a very lively atmosphere. I don’t have a big staff or anything like that. It’s mostly just me handling the daily routine. People pop in to say hello or to discuss some work, and we usually end up talking for a bit. It’s a very local, neighborhood-style way of doing things. Nothing too formal or stiff about how I run my day-to-day business.
