You can find Z Solutions over in Chowk Bazar in Najibabad. It’s a very traditional market area, so it’s always crowded and full of energy. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a few years now. The building is older, but it’s sturdy and gives us enough space for our equipment and a couple of desks. We handle various technical solutions for people around here. It’s not anything too fancy. We just fix what’s broken and try to help people figure out their tech problems. Most of our day is spent looking at parts or typing things out. It can get pretty loud outside with all the vendors and the shoppers, but we’ve learned to tune it out. We don't have a big team of experts, just a few guys who know their way around the tools we use. We don't use much jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We're just local workers. People in the bazar know us, and we know them. We don't bother with fancy flyers or social media posts. If we do a good job, people tell their neighbors, and that’s enough for us. The shop gets a bit dusty because of the location, but we try to keep the work area clean. It’s a honest living and it keeps us busy from morning till night. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that's just part of life in Najibabad. We use that time to grab a tea.
