You can find us at Mandeep Kumar’s place in Salmabad. He’s the son of Shree Kehar Singh, and this is where Simplex Infrastructures Ltd. runs things for the Bijnor area. It’s a very local operation, rooted right in the village. We aren’t a huge office with a hundred people; it’s more personal than that. We handle the paperwork and the project planning right from here in U.P. The post and district office are close enough, which helps with the mail. Every morning, we check what needs doing and just get on with it. It’s quiet enough for work, but there’s always someone stopping by to ask about something or other. We use simple tools and keep our records as best we can. There isn't any corporate talk here. We just talk about the jobs we have to finish and the materials we need to move.
