Our setup is out in Village Dhampur. It’s a quiet place compared to the big cities, but we stay plenty busy. We are in the Tehsil area of Dhampur, which is part of Bijnor district. If you are looking for us, the BSNL tower is the best landmark to use. You can see it from a distance and it’s right near our spot. Shahnawaz Production & Marketing is basically a local operation. We do a bit of everything here. Some days it is more about the production side, and other days we are focused on getting the word out. Because we are in a village, everyone knows everyone. It’s a different way of doing business. We don't have fancy office furniture or a high-tech lobby. It’s just a practical space where we can store things and talk to people. The air is a bit fresher out here, which is nice. We follow a simple routine. We start when the sun is up and finish when the work is done. It is not about reaching some huge corporate target; it’s about supporting the local economy and doing our part. We handle the marketing in a way that makes sense for the people around here. It is honest and straightforward. Sometimes we have tea with the neighbors while discussing work. It’s just how things go in Dhampur every single day.
