Pavi Care Foundation

You can find us in Village Alipur Nagla. We are listed under the care of Pramod Kumar. It’s in the Mandawar area of Bijnor district, pin code 246721. Pavi Care Foundation is a small operation. We don't have a big office building or a shiny sign out front. Most people just ask around for Pramod’s place. The village is surrounded by fields, so it’s very green during the rainy season and quite dusty during the dry months. We work out of a couple of rooms that are part of a larger house. It’s simple, with brick walls and basic furniture. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment. We mostly just talk to people and try to figure out how to help with local issues. The village life is quiet, but there’s always something going on with the crops or the weather. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day while we work. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We don't have meetings with agendas; we just sit down and talk about what needs to be done. Sometimes we have to travel to Bijnor town for official work, but we prefer staying here in Alipur Nagla. It’s where our roots are and where we feel most useful. We take things as they come and try to keep things moving forward for everyone in the area.
