We’ve been in Nai Basti for quite a while now. The clinic isn't very large, just a couple of rooms where we see patients. We don't have a big staff or a fancy waiting room. It is just a straightforward place for homeopathic care. We get a lot of people who are out doing their shopping and decide to drop in. Being near Shakti Chowk makes it a very central location for the town. We just do our daily work here, keeping track of our cases and talking to the people who come in. It’s a very local feel, and we know many of the shopkeepers nearby. Sometimes we have to step out for a tea or to talk to a neighbor. We aren't a corporate chain or anything like that. It’s just our little clinic in Bijnor. We try to keep things honest and simple. The building is a bit older, but it serves its purpose well. We just take things one day at a time here in the market.
