Mangla Hospital Online Appointment

Setting things up here at Shakti Chowk on Nagina Road took some time. We’re right in Nai Basti and it stays pretty crowded outside. Most of the work involves handling the Mangla Hospital Online Appointment system which is more work than you’d think. People call in or try to use the internet to get a slot. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to write things down in the big ledger. The building is right there on the corner. It's not a brand new place, you can see the wear on the walls, but it’s clean enough. I spend a lot of my day staring at the screen or talking to folks who are confused about how to book. We try to keep the waiting area from getting too packed, but in Nai Basti, that’s a hard job. The morning tea guy comes by around ten and that’s usually the best part of the shift. We don’t have fancy uniforms or anything, just our regular clothes and maybe a badge. It's a busy hospital. Dealing with appointments means hearing a lot of stories, but we just need the names and times. If you’re coming down Nagina Road, you’ll see the sign near the chowk. It’s easy to miss if the trucks are parked in front. We just keep the doors open and try to stay organized so nobody has to wait longer than they have to. It's just a regular job for us and we just keep the files moving along.
