Khanna Dairy

Khanna Dairy is situated right at the Ramleela Ground. We have two units, Shop No. 5 and 6, and they are both on the first floor. You have to walk up the stairs to get to us, which is a bit of a workout every day when we are moving things around. Being at the Ramleela Ground is interesting because there is always something happening downstairs, whether it is a festival, a market, or just kids playing. From the first floor, we get a pretty good view of everything going on. The shops themselves are not very large, but we make the most of the space in five and six. We have been here for a while and the locals know exactly where to find us when they need something. It is a bit of a climb for some, but most people don't mind the stairs once they are used to it. The morning is our busiest time, getting everything ready and making sure the shops are set up right. By the afternoon, things usually quiet down a bit, and we can take a breather. It is a practical location, and we like being part of the community that gathers around the ground. The first floor can get a little warm in the summer, but we keep the fans going and just get on with the day’s work as best as we can. It’s a simple life at shops five and six.
