Jyotir Aalo Micro Care Foundation

You can find us over in Vill- Nagar Giridhari, right near the Bazar. We’re working out of Haripado Ray’s place, which is a familiar spot for anyone living around the Panikhawa post office area. Jyotir Aalo Micro Care Foundation isn't a huge organization with hundreds of employees. It’s really just a small group of us trying to handle things locally. The village is pretty quiet most of the time, except on market days when the bazar gets crowded. We don't really have a formal reception area or anything like that. If someone needs to talk to us, they usually just show up and we find a place to sit and have some tea. It’s a very simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We deal with micro care, which basically means we look at the small stuff that other people might overlook. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the people in Nagar Giridhari have someone to turn to for basic help. The weather can be a bit tough during the monsoon, and sometimes the power goes out, but we just keep going. It’s a humble setup, but Haripado’s place is always open to anyone who needs to drop by. We’re just local people doing what we can with the little we have.
