Jan Seva Kendra And Cybe Cafe

Our shop is located in Shiwala Kalan, which is a part of Bijnor. We are very close to the Shiv Mandir and the Madarsa Islamiya Furkania is also right there. Because of these landmarks, most people in the village find us without any trouble. We run the Jan Seva Kendra and the cyber cafe together. It’s a place where we help people with online forms and other computer work they might not be able to do at home. We have a few computers and a printer that stay busy most of the day. It’s not exactly a quiet environment because there are always people waiting or talking. We see everyone from young students to older people who need help with their government documents. We don't have any fancy decorations or a corporate look. It’s just a functional space with some chairs and desks. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow, but we just deal with it as it happens. We aren't some big chain. It's just a local service for the people here in Shiwala Kalan. We spend a lot of time explaining things to customers and making sure their papers are right. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until we close up for the night. We’ve been here for a good bit and enjoy being part of the local community near the temple. It’s a busy life but we wouldn't have it any other way right now.
