If you’re looking for us, we’re located near St. Mary School in Najibabad. Growthroots Worldwide India is set up in a space owned by Satish Sharma in the Mugalushah area. Bijnor is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone, and being near the school makes it easy to give people directions. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional place where we get our work done. We deal with various business matters, and since we have Worldwide in our name, people expect something huge, but we’re actually a very grounded local team. We spend our days coordinating things, making calls, and keeping the records straight. It’s often dusty outside, and the noise from the school can be a bit much during break times, but we don't mind it. It makes the place feel alive. We don't have a polished corporate handbook. We just have a way of doing things that we’ve developed over time. Our desks are usually covered in files, and there’s always a cup of tea somewhere nearby. Najibabad is where we started, and we’ve stayed here because it’s home. We aren't trying to be some high-flying agency with fancy slogans. We’re just here in Mugalushah, working through our lists and making sure things are moving along. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week without needing to be anything more than that. We just focus on the task in front of us.
