Grobird Plastic Components

We are over in Gali No. A 9 in Adrash Nagar, which is right in Najibabad. Our place is very close to the railway station, so we hear the train whistles all through the day and night. It’s a small shop where we make different plastic components. We have a couple of injection molding machines that take up most of the space on the floor. It gets pretty warm in the summer with the heaters running, but we have a few big fans to keep the air moving for the workers. My brother and a couple of guys from the neighborhood help me run the place. We aren't a big factory, just a local workshop trying to make a living. We get the raw plastic beads in bags and turn them into parts for all sorts of things. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We keep the floor as clean as we can, but there are always little bits of plastic trim everywhere. We’ve been in Najibabad for years and everyone around here knows what we do. If a machine breaks, we usually fix it ourselves. It’s practical work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. We don't have any big goals other than keeping the orders moving and making sure the parts fit right.
