Dr Shaikh Suraiyya Clinic

Dr. Shaikh Suraiyya’s clinic is located in Mohalla Sheeshgran in Basi Kiratpur. It’s tucked away in the neighborhood, which makes it very convenient for the people living nearby. This isn't a big hospital or anything like that. It’s a small, local clinic where the doctor treats whatever comes through the door. Most of our patients are people from the mohalla who have known the doctor for a long time. The atmosphere is very informal. People often stop by just to say hello or to ask for a bit of medical advice while they are out running errands. The clinic is basically just a couple of rooms. We have a few chairs for waiting, but often people just stand outside and chat if the weather is nice. Basi Kiratpur is a quiet place compared to the big cities, but we stay busy enough. We don't have a team of receptionists or a big billing department. It’s just the doctor and maybe one helper keeping things running. We deal with the usual things like fevers, seasonal allergies, and minor injuries. Sometimes the supplies take a while to arrive from the bigger towns, so we have to manage with what we have. It’s a very grounded way to practice medicine. We are just part of the community here, helping our neighbors stay healthy without any fuss or complicated systems. We've been here for many years, seeing the families grow up. It’s simple and it works for us.
