Most of the staff live nearby, so we know the local gossip and what is happening in Bijnor. We help people save their small amounts of money. It’s nothing spectacular, just regular work day after day. We try to be helpful when someone doesn't understand the forms. Sometimes the internet is slow, so things take a bit longer, but that’s just how it is here in Nagina. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. We just keep the doors open and do what needs to be done for the neighbors. It is a very humble operation, and we like it that way.
