Even though the name says Bangalore, we are actually located in Bijapur. You can find us at S.B. Jamagondi Shrinivas Nilaya, which is House Number 13. We are right on Solapur Road in the Banjara Nagar area. It’s a bit of a distance from Bangalore, but this is where our main office is set up. The pin code is 586103 if you’re trying to find us on a map. We’ve been operating out of this house for a while. It’s a bit more personal than a standard office building because it’s a residence that we’ve converted for our work. Solapur Road is usually quite active, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We do construction and building work, hence the "Nirman" part of the name. Most of our staff are local folks from Bijapur who know the area inside and out. We don’t have a big reception desk or a sign that lights up at night. We just have our work and our reputation in the neighborhood. It gets pretty hot here in Bijapur, so we usually start our days early to get the outdoor stuff done. We aren’t a huge corporation with a lot of layers. If you call or stop by, you’re likely to talk directly to the people making the decisions. It’s just a straightforward way to run a business without all the extra polish.
