Our place is located on Ashram Road in Bijapur, specifically at House Number 731, which is near the Mallikarjun Ashram. Vineeth Kolhar and his father S.U. Kolhar have been associated with this spot for a long time. It’s a decent area, though the road can get quite busy during the morning hours. We use this space for our L&T operations in the region. It’s a house that we’ve converted into a working space, so it has a very homey feel to it. You won't find any cubicles or receptionists in suits here. Instead, there are just a few of us working in the different rooms. We have a lot of stuff piled up sometimes, like blueprints and old registers. It can get a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we try to keep the noise down. We don't really have a big public-facing side to our business. Most of our work happens out on the field or over the phone. When we are in the office, we are usually just trying to sort out the logistics. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We don't use big words or try to sound like a multinational corporation. We are just the local team in Bijapur doing what needs to be done every day. We usually close up early on Saturdays to spend time with our families. It is a quiet life but we stay busy with the local projects.
