Shri Sai Infotech

Shri Sai Infotech is located at No.4 in the Krishna Complex on M G Road. We are right near Tst Takies, which is a spot everyone knows, so it’s pretty easy to give directions. We have been here for a while, dealing with all kinds of computer issues and tech help. People bring in laptops that won't turn on or ask us to help them with printing and internet stuff. It’s a small shop and it can get a bit crowded when three or four people are waiting at once. We don't have a fancy waiting room with leather chairs. Usually, you just stand by the counter and we talk about what’s wrong with your machine. We’ve seen everything from spilled tea on keyboards to software that just decided to stop working for no reason. We don't use big words to sound smart. If a hard drive is dead, we just say it’s dead and tell you what we can do about it. The noise from M G Road is always there in the background, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We enjoy being in the middle of the action near the theater. Most of our regulars are students or shop owners from nearby who just need their tech to work so they can get on with their day. We keep the lights on late sometimes when there is a lot to fix. It’s just how we work here in the shop.
