Architectural Services

We’re located at number 24 in the Qureshi Arcade, right on Station Road in Bijapur. It’s a convenient spot for us because everyone knows where Station Road is, even if it gets really crowded. We’ve been doing architectural work for people here for a long time. It’s mostly about helping folks figure out their house plans or small commercial buildings. We don't have a fancy name, just Architectural Services, because that’s exactly what we do. The office is usually filled with rolls of blueprints, some dusty books, and sketches pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of time drawing and measuring things on the computer. Sometimes we’re out at construction sites checking on bricks and cement, so the office might be a bit empty for an hour or two. We don't use any high-tech marketing or glossy brochures. We just talk to people and show them what we've done before in the neighborhood. Bijapur has its own style of building, and we try to respect that while making things modern enough to actually live in comfortably. It's a small team here, just two or three of us. We all do a bit of everything, from the first sketch to the final check. If you need a plan drawn up or just some advice on a wall that looks leaning, you can stop by. We aren't looking to be world-famous. We just want to make sure the buildings in our town are built right. It’s been our life for years.
