Kumar Clinic

Being located in Harnaut, right in the Patna area, means things stay pretty fast-paced most of the time. The clinic is right where people expect it to be, and we see a lot of foot traffic throughout the week. I started this place because Harnaut needed another spot for basic health needs without people having to go all the way into the main city every single time. It's a straightforward setup. We have a few benches for waiting and a small desk where I keep the records. It’s not the most modern office you’ll ever see, but it’s clean and it works for what we do. The noise from the street is always there, but you get used to it after a week or two. I usually open up early because that’s when the farmers and workers are out and about. We deal with a lot of coughs, fevers, and the usual stuff you’d expect. Sometimes I forget to eat lunch until it’s nearly dinner time because someone always walks in right when I’m about to close. The floor is tile, which makes it easy to wash down at the end of the day. People in Harnaut are hardworking, and I try to match that energy as much as I can. It’s just a small part of the community here, tucked away in our little corner. Nothing more, nothing less. We just try to be here when people need a bit of help with their health.
