Costa Crocierie

We are based on the top floor of a building at 12 Jungpura Road in the Bhogal area of New Delhi. Diwakar Kumar is usually the one you will find here. Bhogal is a very crowded and lively part of Delhi, with markets and shops everywhere you look. Being on the top floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise on the street, though you can still hear the traffic all day. We work with Costa Crocierie, dealing with a lot of travel details and guest arrangements. The office is small and filled with papers, maps, and computers. It’s not one of those polished travel agencies you see in the big malls. It’s a working space where things actually happen. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to messages. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit moody, so we end up taking the stairs quite often. It keeps us moving, I guess. The view from the top floor is just other rooftops and the busy road below. We have a small kettle for tea and we take breaks when the work allows. People come in to discuss their trips, and we sit down with them at the old wooden desk. It is an honest day’s work in a busy part of the city. We don't use fancy uniforms or anything, we just focus on getting the bookings right and making sure everything is ready for the guests.
