M/S Madhucon Projects Ltd is based in Motihari, which is in the East Champaran district of Bihar. We are located at Lal Bahadur Singh’s place in Kushwaha Nagar, near Balua Taal. It is a quiet enough spot, though the roads get a bit messy when it rains. We handle our local project work from this location. It is more of a functional office space than anything else. We have a few desks and some cupboards full of project files. People in the neighborhood know the house. We spend most of our time looking over site plans or making sure the supplies are moving along. It is not a corporate headquarters with a lobby. It is just where the work happens. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit, but that is just how things are around here. We have a small group of people who come in daily. We focus on getting the tasks done. There is a lot of back and forth with the main offices sometimes. The local market is close by, so we grab lunch there often. We do not have a fancy website or a big marketing team. We just do the work that is assigned to us for the area. It is a simple setup, but it works for what we need. We keep track of the labor and the materials from here. The paperwork can be a lot, but we stay on top of it.
