This office is located in Chakradharpur, right on the Main Road near Kumar Tailor. It’s in Ward Number 10. We handle things related to Ham Chang Const Ltd, which usually involves various projects over in Saudi Arabia. It might seem like a bit of a strange setup, being here in West Singhbhum, but this is where we manage our local recruitment and get all the paperwork sorted. People from all around Jharkhand come here to talk about jobs or get their documents processed for overseas work. The office itself is quite simple. We have a few plastic chairs and a big wooden desk for the files. It gets quite dusty inside because of all the traffic and trucks on the main road just outside. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails to see what the projects in Saudi need from us. My family has lived in this area for a long time, so most people know where to find us. It’s not a big corporate building, just a regular shopfront on the street. We deal with a lot of construction workers who are looking for some better opportunities abroad. Sometimes it's hard to explain all the different rules and visas, but we try to keep it simple for everyone. We don't have any fancy brochures or magazines.
