On Apprenticeship With Mesco Airlines

We’re located on Frazer Road in Bihar. It’s a pretty central spot, so there’s always a lot of traffic and noise coming in from the street. This place is mainly about the apprenticeship side of things. It’s not a fancy airport lounge or anything like that. It’s more like a classroom and a small office squeezed together. We have people coming in to learn the ropes, and it can get pretty crowded during the middle of the day. There are always papers flying around and someone is usually looking for a pen that actually works. We don't have a big corporate feel here. It’s more like a group of people trying to learn a trade and get some experience under their belts. The chairs aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job. We spend a lot of time talking about schedules and how to handle the different tasks that come up in the airline business. It’s a bit of a learning curve for everyone. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall outside when we need a break from the paperwork. It’s just a normal workplace where people are trying to better themselves. We don't put on any airs or pretend to be something we’re not. It’s just us on Frazer Road, making sure the trainees know what they need to do for their next steps. We stay busy and keep the paperwork moving as best we can throughout the whole week.
