Out here in Village Mollanagar, things move a bit slower than they do in the big cities. We’re tucked away in the Munger district, not too far from Bhagalpur, but it still feels like the middle of the countryside. We started this little venture because there wasn't much else around for the local folks. It's a humble setup, mostly just a small building where we handle our daily business. We do a bit of everything that needs doing in a village like ours. Sometimes it feels like we are learning as we go, but that is part of the struggle of starting something from scratch in a place like Bihar. The roads aren't always great, and the power goes out more often than we’d like, but we keep the lights on with a generator when we have to. We spend our days talking to the farmers and the people from the neighboring villages who stop by. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a group of us trying to make a living and provide something useful for the community. We eat our lunch together under the shade when it’s too hot to stay inside. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s ours. We don't have a big logo or a slogan. We just show up every morning, open the doors, and see what the day brings. It’s about being part of the village and making sure we can stay open for another year.
