Sk Machinery Store

Sk Machinery Store is my place in Loha Mandi in Bidhuna. We are very close to the Durga Temple, so you can hear the bells every morning and evening while we work. This area is the hub for all things related to metal and machines. We sell spare parts for tractors and other small machines that farmers use. The shop is small and every corner is filled with metal parts, gears, and belts. It smells like engine oil and old iron in here. I’ve been in this trade for many years and I know most of the parts by heart. When a farmer comes in with a broken piece of machinery, I can usually tell what it is just by looking at it. We don't have any shiny brochures or a website. Most people just know us because we have been here so long. It’s just me and two assistants who help me find the smaller parts in the back. We drink a lot of tea and talk to the customers about the weather and the crops. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't try to use big words or act like we are some major corporation. We are just a local store helping the people around Bidhuna keep their machines running. It is a dusty job, but someone has to do it. We stay open until the market starts to quiet down for the night.
