Yashodhara Superspeciality Hospital Sholapur

Yashodhara Superspeciality Hospital Sholapur is the name on the front, but our roots are really tied to that address in Ainapur, Gulbaga. It’s a bit confusing for some folks who see the mail coming in from Tq Chincholi. We’ve had a lot of family history involved in setting this up. Being a superspeciality place sounds big, and it is, but inside it’s just us working. The halls are long and sometimes the lights flicker in the evening. We get patients traveling quite a distance, some all the way from the Dt Gulbaga area because they know the name. It’s a lot of responsibility. The doctors here spend a lot of time on their phones coordinating things because we deal with some complicated cases. It's not just a quick check-up place. The cafeteria food is actually decent, which is rare, I guess. We have these big windows that look out, but mostly we are too busy to look. The paperwork piles up on the desks because we have so many different departments now. Sometimes it feels like we’re outgrown the space, but we make it work. It’s a mix of people from all over the district. We don't really do the whole corporate greeting thing; we just tell people where to sit and wait their turn. It’s practical, and it works for the people around here.
