Santosh Waters

Up here in Meenakshi Tower on Udgir Road, things stay pretty fast-paced for us at Santosh Waters. Bidar can be a busy place, and being located at 9/1/54 means we are right in the thick of the local traffic. We spend our days managing the water supplies and making sure the distribution side of things doesn't fall behind. It’s a lot of logistics, honestly, more than people might think when they just see a water bottle. We have to keep an eye on the clock and the routes every single day. The tower is a bit of a landmark, so people find us easily enough, which is helpful. We aren't big on fancy office decor or anything that doesn't serve a purpose. The focus is always on the bottles and the delivery trucks. Sometimes the traffic on Udgir Road makes things difficult, and we have to adjust our plans on the fly. It’s just a normal part of working in this town. The guys who work here have been around for a bit, so they know the shortcuts and how to handle the heavy lifting. We don’t have a lot of time for sitting around talking about missions or visions. We just check the orders, fill the requirements, and make sure the trucks are headed the right way. It’s a basic business run by people who live right here in the community. Most of us walk to work or take a short ride.
