We spend our days working on various chemical intermediates and drug components. It’s technical work, but we talk about it in plain terms here. The facility has been in the Humnabad area for quite some time now. It’s a bit of a drive from the main town, but we don’t mind the quiet out here. The air is different, and there's plenty of space for the equipment. We have a crew that’s been with us through thick and thin. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there; we just want to make sure the batches we produce are right. There’s a lot of sitting around waiting for processes to finish, then a lot of rushing to get things packed. That’s just the nature of the work. Sometimes the machinery acts up, and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it. It's just part of the day. We don't have a glossy brochure or a big marketing team.
