Tirumala Electronics

Tirumala Electronics is located on the Main Road, right near the Court Post Office. It’s a convenient spot because people are always passing by on their way to do their errands. The shop isn't very large, so we have to use all the wall space we have. There are shelves reaching all the way to the ceiling, filled with everything from lightbulbs to remote controls and various types of wiring. We have a glass counter at the front that is usually covered in catalogs or items that we just unpacked. The floor is old stone and has some cracks here and there from moving heavy boxes. We don't have fancy air conditioning, so we keep the front door open to let the breeze in, along with all the street noise. You can hear the motorcycles and the horns honking all day long. Sometimes people just stop in to ask for change or directions, and we don't mind. We keep a small stool behind the counter where one of us sits when it's quiet. The lighting inside is a bit bright because we have so many different bulbs on display to show people how they look. It’s a dusty kind of place because of all the traffic outside, but we try to wipe things down when we can. We’ve been part of this street for quite a few years and know most of the regular people who walk past our shop daily.
