Our setup at H. No.345 in Bidar is pretty basic. We’ve got a few desks and a lot of cabinets filled with project notes. Pnc Construction Co. Ltd isn't about looking fancy. We're about the actual work. Karnataka is home for us, and this Bidar office is where all the planning happens before we head out to the job sites. You’ll usually find someone here drinking tea and looking over some technical drawings. It’s a quiet street, but the office itself can get pretty loud when the whole crew is in. We don't really do the whole marketing thing. Most of our work comes from people knowing who we are in the area. We deal with concrete, steel, and laborers all day long, so a polished image doesn't really fit what we do. The office is a bit cluttered with samples and old tools, but we know where everything is. We take things one day at a time and try to stay on top of the schedules. It isn't always easy, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate with the builds, but that’s construction for you. We’ve been at this address for years and don't plan on moving. It works for us and it works for the people we hire. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current project until it's done.
