We are based out of House Number 345 in Bidar. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know the Karnataka area well enough. Pnc Construction Co. Ltd has been operating from this location for quite a while now. It’s more of a home-base for our construction projects than a corporate headquarters. We have piles of blueprints and site maps scattered around the tables. It’s usually dusty because of the gear we move in and out. Construction is a messy business, so we don't worry too much about having a perfectly clean office. We spend most of our time out on sites, but Bidar is where we come back to settle the accounts and plan the next day. It’s a small team, and we all know each other’s families. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to get the buildings up properly. The phone rings a lot with suppliers and workers checking in. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a bid or check the costs on a new project. There’s no fancy coffee machine here, just a kettle and some files. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like the local feel of being in a residential area of Bidar. It keeps us grounded in what the community actually needs.
