Nandi Construction

We are over on KEB Road in Bidar, right in the New Housing Colony, which is a busy part of town. Our office is easy to find because it’s opposite Basava Nilaya, and Gudge Hospital is just down the street. Working in Bidar means we get to see the town change quite a bit. We’ve been set up here in the colony for a good while. It’s a practical location for us since we can get to different parts of the city quickly. Most of our days start early, before the sun gets too hot. We head out to the sites to see how the masonry is coming along. Building is a lot of waiting for cement to dry and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes the trucks are late or the weather turns, and we have to adjust. We aren't the type to sit in an air-conditioned room all day. Our boots are usually dusty and there’s always a bit of grit in the office. We deal with all sorts of small and medium projects around here. It’s a lot of coordination with local workers and trying to keep everything on track. We don't use big words or make fancy promises. We just look at the ground, see what needs to be built, and start working. People in the colony know us well enough by now. It’s a straightforward life, just building one thing at a time.
