Kjd Pharma is situated on Navbhag Road in Aliember. If you know where the Nandi Cylinder place is or that Maruti Suzuki showroom, then you know exactly where we are. We are right in that neighborhood. It’s a bit of a crowded area with a lot of movement and different businesses side by side. Our office isn't very large, but it works for what we need. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of everything. Sometimes the delivery vans have a hard time parking because it gets so tight on the street. We’ve had to deal with that for a while now. The people working here are just locals who know the area well. We don’t go for anything flashy. Most of our furniture is old and we’ve got piles of files everywhere. It’s a real working environment, not a showroom. We get a lot of noise from the showroom next door, but you get used to it after a week or two. We try to keep a decent stock of what people ask for. Sometimes we run out and have to wait for the next shipment, but we tell people honestly when that happens. It’s just a regular business on a regular street in Aliember. Nothing more, nothing less. We keep the coffee pot going and try to stay on top of the phone calls. Most days are pretty much the same, just keeping the inventory moving and making sure the orders are packed right.
