Our group at Ivrcl I&P Ltd works out of Mig-24 in the HB Colony. It is located in the Lalacheruvu area of Rajahmundry. Most of us grew up around here or in the nearby parts of East Godavari. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we handle our daily tasks. We started this because there was work to be done in the infrastructure and power sector, and this location made sense for reaching different project sites. Usually, the mornings are busy with phone calls and paperwork. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going and just get through the pile of documents on our desks. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out or find something else to do. People stop by often to talk about current projects or just to see how things are moving along. We have been in this spot for a while now and the locals know where to find us. It’s a quiet enough neighborhood most days, which helps when we need to concentrate on the technical details. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just a few of us making sure the logistics and planning stay on track. If you walk past the colony gate, you’ll see our small sign. We try to keep things simple and honest here. That’s pretty much how we run things every day.
