Dharti Dredging & Infrastructure Ltd., Indian Oil Refinery

We are set up right near the S.D.A. Hostel in the Bidar area, specifically at H. No.12-1-221 in Gowliwada. Our work involves dredging and various infrastructure tasks, and a lot of it is tied directly to the Indian Oil Refinery projects nearby. It is a job that involves a lot of dirt, water, and heavy machinery on a daily basis. The office we have here in Karnataka is where we coordinate all the logistics for the refinery work. It is definitely not a quiet desk job by any means. Most days for us involve checking on the status of the equipment and seeing where the next big dig is supposed to happen. Gowliwada is a decent enough area, and being so close to the hostel makes it pretty easy for new workers to find the site. We have our hands full with all the refinery requirements and safety rules. It takes a lot of careful coordination to move that much earth and manage infrastructure at this kind of scale. The whole team usually spends more time wearing heavy boots than wearing formal shoes. We handle all the necessary paperwork from this Bidar address, keeping a close track of the project milestones as they come up. It is a very practical operation overall. We do not really have time for polished presentations or fancy meetings. The focus is always on the dredging schedules and making sure the refinery work stays on the right track. The Karnataka sun can be really tough, but the work goes on regardless.
