Bharat Traders

You can find Bharat Traders at number 58 in Bhalki. We’re right there in the Bidar district. It’s a small shop but we keep a lot of stuff crammed in the back. It’s mostly just me and a couple of helpers running the place. We’ve been here at this address for a long time, so everyone knows where 58 is. The building is a bit cramped, especially when a new delivery arrives. We spend a lot of time organizing things so we can actually find what the customers want. Bidar is a good place to be, though it gets very hot in the summer months. We usually keep the fans running all day. We deal with all sorts of items, mostly whatever the local people are looking for. There isn't a big philosophy behind it; we just sell what people need. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, other days we don't even have time to eat. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People just walk in or call us on the phone. It’s a very local way of doing things. We try to be fair with everyone who comes through the door. That's just how we were raised. It’s a busy little spot in Bhalki. We’ve had the same neighbors for twenty years and they often stop by just to chat.
