Plastic Manufacturing Company

Our facility, which we just call Plastic Manufacturing Company, is located at D-2/14 in the Bicholim Industrial Estate. This is part of the GIDC area, and it is a very busy place to be. There are factories all around us, so the sound of machines running is something you hear from early in the morning until late at night. Our unit is a practical workspace where we focus on production. It is often quite hot inside because of the machines and the local weather, but we have some big fans that help keep the air moving. We aren't a huge company with a big marketing department. We are just a team of people who know how to work the equipment and get the orders out on time. The floor is usually covered in scraps and the smell of raw materials is everywhere, but that is just part of the job. I have been in this unit for many years now and I know every corner of it. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll likely find me or one of the guys covered in a bit of dust and working on a machine. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep everything running smoothly. Some days the supply of materials is late, and we have to adjust, but we always find a way to make it work. It’s a tough environment.
