You can find us over at Plot No. 113 in the Bicholim Industrial Estate. We are right near the Esic Dispensary, which makes it easy for people to give directions to our place. Being in the earthmoving business means there is always something big parked out front or being worked on in the back. The yard is usually full of heavy equipment and spare parts scattered around. It gets pretty muddy when it rains, and the sun beats down hard on the metal during the summer. We started this because there was a need for this kind of work in the area. Most of the day is spent dealing with engines, tracks, and buckets. It’s noisy, and you have to shout sometimes to be heard over the idling machines. We aren't big on paperwork or sitting in an air-conditioned room. We'd rather be out there looking at a hydraulic leak or figuring out why a motor isn't turning. The guys here know their way around a wrench. We’ve seen all sorts of machines come through these gates over the years. Some are nearly new and some look like they've seen better decades. We just handle whatever comes our way. The neighbors at the other plots are used to us by now. It’s a busy life but it keeps us occupied. We just take it one day at a time here. It's a lot of grease and hard work, but we are used to that.
