Mikroflo Filters Pvt. Ltd. is located out in the village area of Kondamadugu. We have plots 599 and 600 here in the Bibinagar mandal. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, which actually suits us fine. We have more space here for our manufacturing. We make different kinds of filters. It’s a process that takes a lot of attention. The factory floor is where most of the action happens. We have workers from the nearby villages who have been with us for years. It’s a community feel inside the gates. We don't have a big corporate headquarters. This is it. Just the production lines and a small office for the paperwork. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to adjust, but that’s just part of being in this location. We focus on making things that work well. Filters are important for a lot of different industries, even if people don't think about them much. We just keep producing them day after day. The air out here in Bibinagar is a bit fresher than the city. We’ve grown slowly over time. We didn't want to rush things. It’s better to do things right. The building isn't new, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out. We are just a local manufacturer trying to keep our quality steady and our people employed. That’s our story. It’s quiet and we like it that way.
