Setting up Acura Labs Pvt. Ltd. in Pallegudem Village was a bit of a choice, but we like it here. We are located at Sy No 131/e, and it’s a fairly quiet area compared to the industrial zones. You can see the fields from the gate, which is a nice change of pace. Inside the lab, things are a bit more serious, I guess. We have our equipment and our routines, and everyone just sticks to their job. It’s funny because you have the quiet village life right outside the walls, and then inside we’re all wearing lab coats and checking data. The staff mostly comes from around this area, so there is always a bit of local news being shared during the tea breaks. We don’t have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything. It’s a functional space that suits what we do. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just part of living in the village, but we have backups to keep the important stuff running. We don't spend a lot of time talking about big goals or anything polished. We just look at what’s on the schedule for the day and get to it. If you’re driving through Pallegudem, you might miss us if you’re not looking, as the building is pretty plain. We’ve been here for several years now and we’re just part of the local scenery at this point.
