Gawande Travels

Gawande Travels is based out of Rangari Wada in Bhusaval. It’s a local place through and through. We don't have a high-rise office or a fleet of thousands of cars. We started small here in Bhusaval and that is how we have stayed. The office is usually a bit cluttered with schedules and notebooks where we write down bookings. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to drivers. Dealing with travel means things are always changing, so it’s never a boring day. Sometimes a bus is late or a road is closed, and we have to scramble to fix things. That’s just the nature of the business. We don't use a lot of fancy software; we mostly rely on what we know and the people we trust. Rangari Wada is a familiar spot for us. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to say hello or ask about a trip they are planning. We don't do big advertisements on TV or anything like that. Word of mouth is usually how people find us. We just try to be fair and get people where they need to go without too much fuss. The fans in the office hum all day, and there is usually a cup of tea sitting on someone's desk. It’s a simple, local business run by people who live right here in town. We take things one day at a time. It’s about being reliable for the neighbors when they need to travel.
