You can find Sunrise Cement Products at Plot No. A-10/11 in Village Kinhi, within the MIDC area. We are located near the Khadka crossing, which makes it easy for the big trailers to find us without getting lost in the backroads. The yard is quite big, and we use most of it for drying out the cement blocks and pipes we make. It’s a very industrial part of town, so there is always the sound of machines and sirens from the other factories. We started small, but over the years, we have added more molds and a better mixer. It is still a lot of physical work, though. My son helps me manage the shifts now because it’s getting to be too much for one person. We usually have the first batch ready by ten in the morning. The dust is a constant struggle, and we are always hosing down the floor to keep it under control. We don't have a fancy showroom. If someone wants to see our work, they just walk around the stacks in the yard. It is a practical setup. The office is just a small room with a fan and a couple of plastic chairs. We deal with a lot of local contractors who have been buying from us for years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily output. It is a steady business. It’s a long day, but we are used to the grind. We just take it one load at a time.
