Shapoorji Pallonji & Co.Ltd.

We are based in Building No.46/1841 in Vartak Nagar, over in Thane West. Shapoorji Pallonji & Co.Ltd. has been using this space as a home base for the local region for some time now. Thane is a crowded place, and Vartak Nagar is no different, so things can get a little hectic around the office. The building itself has seen better days, but it’s solid and it keeps the rain off our desks. We have a regular routine here: get in early, check the site reports, and deal with whatever problems cropped up overnight. It’s not a high-tech environment. It’s mostly just us, some worn-out computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We don't go in for big mission statements or shiny brochures. If you walk in, you’ll see people who look like they’ve been working hard, because they have. The 4006006 area is where we spend most of our waking hours. We know the local shops and the guys who run the tea stalls nearby. It’s a community as much as it is a place of business. We’re just a local branch doing our part to keep the projects moving. It’s simple, it’s a bit messy sometimes, but it’s how we get things finished. No frills, just work. That is pretty much the story of our office here in Thane and how we spend our time.
